Our Story
About IGNITE Global Fellowship
Over nearly 40 years of marriage, we have raised three incredible children while navigating the dynamic waters of missionary life and entrepreneurship. Our journey has taken us from nonprofit work overseas to building healthcare businesses in Arizona, and now into a season as expatriates, splitting our time between the United States and abroad.
These decades have shaped not only what we do—but how we see the world.
We have witnessed both the power and the limitations of traditional aid. We have seen that sustainable transformation happens when people are empowered—not just supported. When dignity, opportunity, and faith intersect, lives change in lasting ways.
Today, our passion is to leverage everything we’ve learned to serve underserved communities around the world through three core pathways:
Innovation – Supporting entrepreneurship, micro-lending, and sustainable business solutions
Training – Equipping leaders through discipleship, education, and practical tools like WordSpace
Evangelism – Sharing the Gospel in relational, culturally relevant, and life-giving ways
We firmly believe that by inspiring and empowering businesses in struggling communities, we can expand the Kingdom of God and create lasting, generational impact.

IGNITE Global Fellowship Manifesto
🔥 We believe that advancing the Kingdom of God is our greatest calling—reaching and transforming lives among both the wealthiest of the wealthy and the poorest of the poor. Every action, every program, and every relationship is ultimately for His glory.
🔥 We believe in caring for the poorest of the poor with compassion that meets urgent needs while restoring dignity and hope.
🔥 We believe in the body of Christ, where every member is a minister. Each person has a role, a calling, and a contribution that matters.
🔥 We believe in transforming economic need into lasting spiritual and financial growth. Sustainable change happens when faith and enterprise work together.
🔥 We believe in the power of the Word of God and its ability to change lives. Scripture is our foundation, our guide, and our source of wisdom.
🔥 We believe that to whom much is given, much is required. We steward our resources, influence, and opportunities with responsibility and humility.
